I had heard about dry brushing some time ago but only recently have I actually given it a try, and I knew that I needed to share it with all of you. I am very particular about the skin on my face: I try masks, different scrubs, and so on, but the skin on the rest of my body definitely does not get that much love. Ever since discovering dry brushing – which you do on your body – I am hooked and my skin has never felt this nice.
It is not expensive, or very time consuming, so why not?! I bought a brush with natural bristles (medium hardness so you don’t scratch the surface of your skin) for around €3,00 at a neighbourhood drug store. It came with a long stick that can be removed and the brush itself has a band that helps it stay on your hand as you stroke away. Dry brushing is, as the name itself explains, brushing your bare skin without water, and in a circular motion. So easy and so beneficial.
