A hairstyle is one of the final touches of a look. It is also something that we easily get tired of and tend to change as the seasons change. From long hair to short hair, everything goes but our recent Fashion Week exposure has brought the newest Runway hair trends to us and now we bring them to YOU.

Fact is, the super polished look and updo’s are yesterday… rather a messy or out-of-bed look is what dominated the runways in Milan, Paris and Berlin for this coming Spring/Summer 2017. In terms of color, everything goes, from blond over red to brown and black, however bright or neon colors are no longer a style statement. Here are the four most seen looks, which are also easy to do yourself and do not involve any drastic change to your current hair (given you have medium to long hair):

#MBFWB HAIR TREND!
LOW MESSY PONY TAIL

Whether it is a slick back ponytail or one with a middle part, both versions were seen on the runways many times. The hair is kind of messy, some stands of hair are out OR it is completely slick to the head. The ponytail itself is straight and some designers also used a knot type where the hair is not pulled through the elastic completely. Super laid back look but not only shown with casual outfits, but also with blazers and dresses. This might just be your easy go-to look for the next party!

MIDDLE PART

Still super on trend is the middle part, either very exact or kind of messy (which seems to be the underlying trend among all hair styles here). The use of gel and pomade seems to be huge to create this non-voluminous look. In some cases almost a wet look.

TIGHT HIGH BUN

Some girls favorite (me included, because the hair is just “out of your way”). A top knot or bun very high on the head, all time classic.

SLICKED BACK OPEN

Again the hair is very slick back until the height of the ears. There is no volume at all. It seems to be a look for the evening, also another party look inspiration?! Super classy and this look will definitely survive a night of dancing.
